About
Hi, I’m a classically trained composer, with a deep love for games and film. I fell in love with writing music thanks to Howard Shore’s Lord of the Rings score, but it was growing up with games series like Sonic, Final Fantasy, Tekken, and Pokemon that made me want to write music for games.
For me, scoring is about helping a world feel alive. I love orchestras, but I’m just as interested in synthetic and unusual sounds. I’m always looking for ways to make a game world, or a director’s vision feel lived in, whether that means sweeping strings or strange, textured audio design.
Some of my favorite games include Undertale, ES Morrowind, Persona 5, The Witcher 3, Broken Sword, and Clair Obscur : Expedition 33. In the realm of film, I particularly love Denis Villeneuve’s work, as well as Wes Anderson.
